To the leaders who carry the weight and still choose to care,
The pressure to perform, support others, and stay grounded — often without clear tools or a roadmap.
I’ve lived that tension. It’s what led me to study how care, boundaries, and clarity shape trust. What I found is simple but powerful: when leaders express care intentionally and set boundaries clearly, trust grows. Burnout shrinks, and people thrive.
A framework for leading with both heart and structure.
If you’re here, it means you care.
Now let’s make sure that care is sustainable — both for you and for those you lead.
Warmly,

Not just a speaker. Not just a researcher.
Dr. Brooklyn Raney has spent her life studying what makes care work — but also what makes it backfire.
She asks:
Today, Brooklyn equips leaders with the tools to lead with both heart and structure. Her frameworks turn emotional labor into strategic action.

Boundaries don’t push people apart.

When she’s not speaking or facilitating, Brooklyn is most at home outdoors, in community, or in motion:
A lifelong athlete at heart, she skates when the lake freezes, hones her swing on the golf course, and chases challenge for the joy of it.
The outdoors is her refuge. Whether hiking New Hampshire’s peaks (24 down, 24 to go!) or gliding across Lake Winnipesaukee, her two dogs — Tuukka and Larry Bird — are never far behind.
Mentorship is her throughline. A Big Sister, a guide, a quiet anchor for young people finding their voice and their path.
She finds magic in live theater, especially musicals, where emotion becomes melody and stories come alive under the lights.
Connections are her compass. She is inspired and motivated by her husband, son, and all who she has the privilege of calling family and friends.
